About USA Soda

USA Soda was founded in 2007 in response to the growing demand for America food products by consumers outside the United States.  We are based in San Francisco, California and ship from various American ports to all parts of the world.

We are not a “freight forwarding/consolidating company” but rather a company that specializes in sourcing, procuring and delivering quality American products to overseas customers.

We are looking for trading partners to build a relationship.

Our Standards

We strive to get you what you want, at the right price and on time. We work with manufactures, brokers, large wholesalers and diverters to procure products.

We prepay all orders, which gives us the best possible pricing and then arrange for shipping into our warehouse.  We inspect all products for best buy dates since most products do not have a year shelf life in America.

We guarantee you will be happy with our service.

Payment

USA Soda is not a bank and cannot extend credit terms. We will need an initial deposit of 20% with the balance paid in full prior to shipment. We do not use Letters of Credit (LC’s) since they are expensive and always need to be amended. An escrow account is an alternative to an LC.

Shipping

We ship standard and refrigerated containers ex works from Oakland, Los Angles, Houston and Miami. We are happy to use your carrier or ours.

How To Order

  1. Check out the products on our website.
  2. Download our products list.
  3. Select the products of interest, add to it if needed, and email (lee@usafoods.com) or fax it back.
  4. We will create a pro forma invoice and send it along with a sales contract.
  5. Once approved, an initial deposit of 20% will need to be made.
  6. We need about a 3-4 weeks to build the order. A container will be booked and we will load the way you want.
  7. The remaining balance must be wired prior to shipping.
  8. You receive the container, are happy, and order again!
